At KM Cosmetic Tattooing, I want every client to feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. These policies are here to protect both you as my client and me as your artist, so everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

By booking an appointment, you’re agreeing to these terms. 

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows

• Life happens, I get it! But please give me at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice, or a no show, mean’s you may be charged $100. 
• Emergency situations are the exception, and I’ll always try to be understanding but this is at my discretion.

Health & Safety

• A health questionnaire is required before treatment. Please be honest, it’s to keep you safe.
• You cannot be treated if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on certain medications, or have specific skin conditions.
• For everyone’s comfort and safety, no children are allowed in the treatment room you may bring one guest for support. 
• I keep my clinic clean, sterile, and fully compliant with industry hygiene standards, your safety is my priority.

Results & Expectations

• Everyone's skin is different! Cosmetic tattooing is an art, not an exact science so your individual results may vary. Your skin type, lifestyle and aftercare routine will affect the healing process and your final results.
• Some clients may need extra sessions or touch ups for best results.
• By booking, you understand and accept that results vary from person to person.

Aftercare

• I’ll give you all the products you need for aftercare along with detailed instructions. 
• Please follow the aftercare instructions properly or your brows may heal patchy, uneven or fade quickly. 
• If you experience unusual reactions (e.g. infection), please seek medical advice right away and let me know. 

Touch-Ups & Colour Boosts

• A touch up (perfecting session) is usually needed 6–12 weeks after your first appointment.
• Extra touch ups or future colour boosts are not included in your initial cost.
• Annual colour boosts are recommended to keep brows looking fresh.

Refund Policy

• Because this is a semi-permanent service, no refunds are given once treatment has begun. 
• If you’re unhappy, please chat with me, I’ll always do my best to make things right within the scope of the treatment.

Split Payment Method 

• If you choose split payment, your first payment secures your appointment and the final payment must be made on the day of your service.
• The initial payment of $199.50 is required to secure your booking if you are choosing this method. This will be applied towards your treatment.
• Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client. Less than 48 hours’ notice means you may be charged $100, this amount will be taken from your initial payment and the remainder can be used for your next appointment. 
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, you may be charged $100 the remainder will be refunded to you. 
• No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice means you may be charged $100 the remainder will be refunded to you. 
• Final Balance: If using the split payment option, the remaining $199.50 is due on the day of your appointment.
• Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your treatment and you may be charged $100, the remainder will be refunded to you. 

Photos & Social Media

• I love capturing before and afters! By booking you agree that I can take photos of your brows. 
• Your photos may be shared on my social media, website, or portfolio
• Please let me know in writing if you do not consent to your photo being taken or if you do not want your photo to be shared.

Privacy & Confidentiality

• Your personal details and health information are kept strictly confidential.
• I only collect what’s needed to provide your service safely and legally.
• I don’t share your information with anyone. 
• By booking an appointment with KM Cosmetic Tattooing, you confirm you have read and understood these policies.
• These policies are in place to keep things fair, safe, and professional for both of us.
